Terms of Service

Welcome to Wantd ("Wantd," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wantd website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), available at want-d.com and wantd.framer.website.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Wantd is currently operated by Maria Constanza Sora, an individual based in Berlin, Germany, as an early-stage project. Wantd is not yet incorporated as a formal legal entity. If Wantd is registered as a company in the future, these Terms will be updated to reflect the new legal entity, and users will be notified of the change.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Wantd. If you are between 16 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using Wantd, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. What Wantd does
Wantd lets you save links, screenshots, and inspiration from any platform, and uses AI to automatically classify and organize them into themed collections ("Vaults"). The Service includes conversational search and, for certain plans, additional organizational and sharing features.
Wantd is a personal organization tool. It is not a retailer, and it does not sell, ship, or guarantee the availability, price, or condition of any product you save.
4. Your account
To use most features of Wantd, you need to create an account, currently via Google sign-in (OAuth). You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials secure
All activity that happens under your account
Notifying us promptly at [support email] if you suspect unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Free and paid plans
Wantd currently offers a Free plan with limited daily AI analyses, a limited number of Vaults, and other usage limits described on our pricing page. We may introduce a Pro plan with expanded limits and additional features (such as unlimited AI analysis, CSV export, Vault sharing, or an in-Vault AI agent) for a recurring subscription fee.
Where paid plans are available:
Prices will be clearly displayed before purchase
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection law (including EU/German law, where applicable)
6. User content
"Your Content" means any links, images, screenshots, descriptions, tags, or other material you save or create using Wantd.
You retain ownership of Your Content.
By submitting Your Content, you grant Wantd a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display, and analyze it solely to provide and improve the Service (for example, using AI to classify items into Vaults).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use any content you submit, including images or links belonging to third parties.
You must not use Wantd to save, share, or organize content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or violates these Terms.
We do not claim ownership of products, brands, or content that appears in links or images you save — those remain the property of their respective owners.
7. AI features
Wantd uses artificial intelligence (via third-party AI providers) to classify saved items, suggest collections, generate tags and descriptions, and power conversational search within Vaults.
AI-generated classifications, tags, descriptions, and price estimates are provided for organizational convenience only and may be inaccurate or outdated.
Wantd does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and is not responsible for decisions you make based on it (including purchase decisions).
You can edit or correct AI-generated tags, descriptions, and categorizations at any time.
8. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure
Wantd may display links to third-party websites (such as retailers or brands) based on content you save. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, pricing, availability, or practices of these third-party sites.
Wantd may participate in affiliate programs (such as Amazon Associates or Awin) and may earn a commission when you click certain links and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. We will identify affiliate links where required by applicable law.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use Wantd for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's operation
Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
Use automated means to create accounts or extract data at scale without our written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
10. Intellectual property
The Wantd name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by Wantd (or its founder) and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wantd (and its founder) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or claims under German/EU consumer protection law where applicable).
13. Termination
You may stop using Wantd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) with reasonable notice where required by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as Wantd evolves. If changes are material, we will notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
